Delete your FitSlot account and data

Last updated: July 30, 2026

This page explains how a trainer or client can request permanent deletion of a FitSlot account, which data the process covers, and which limited information may be retained.

1. Delete the account in the mobile app

The quickest method is the deletion feature available after you sign in to the FitSlot app.

After confirmation, the app starts deleting the account. This action cannot be undone.

  1. Open the FitSlot app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open the Profile tab and choose “Delete account”.
  3. Review the deletion notice, then confirm the request.

2. Alternative: request by email

If you cannot sign in to the app, send a request from the address associated with the account to privacy@fitslot.io. State whether it is a trainer or client account and provide enough information for us to locate it.

We will verify your identity and authority over the account before deleting data. Do not send your password, identity document, or payment details.

3. Data deleted or anonymized

The scope depends on your role and the features you used. The authentication account is permanently deleted, while personal data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

Deleting a trainer account also ends its active FitSlot subscription; payment-provider records may remain subject to separate retention duties.

  • Profile and contact data, push-notification token, notification preferences, and authentication data.
  • Goals, measurements, interviews, recommendations, progress notes, workout data, and other content assigned to the deleted account, according to the user's role.
  • For a trainer account: sessions, availability, Google Calendar connection, and operational client, package, and payment data controlled by that trainer.

4. Data that may be retained

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary. After account deletion, limited information may remain only when required by law or necessary for settlement, security, abuse prevention, or the defense of legal claims.

When the retention purpose ends, the data is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

  • Tax, accounting, and settlement records may be retained for the period required by law, generally up to 5 years.
  • Anonymized statistics that cannot identify a user may remain in aggregate reports.
