Terms of Service

FitSlot provides tools for session scheduling, client management, notes, and training-related notifications.

The service is provided as a subscription according to the current pricing offer shown on the website.

Users must provide accurate registration data and protect account access credentials.

Sharing accounts with unauthorized persons or actions that compromise system security are prohibited.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure service continuity and security, including planned maintenance windows.

Users are responsible for data and content entered into the system and for lawful processing where applicable.

Users must not publish content that is unlawful, offensive, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexual, misleading, invasive of privacy or third-party rights, spam, or intended to facilitate abuse.

A user can report a message and block the other party through features available in the app. FitSlot may review a report, restrict or remove content, and suspend an account that violates these rules. Additional reports can be sent to support@fitslot.io.

A new trainer account receives an automatic one-month trial without a payment card. After the trial, continued access requires an active Stripe subscription at 79 PLN net (97.17 PLN gross incl. 23% VAT) per month.

The subscription can be activated and managed from the billing page. If there is no active payment after the trial period, access to the trainer dashboard may be limited.

The club subscription is billed monthly by trainer seats, with a minimum of 2 seats. Rates apply progressively: seats 1–2 cost 69 PLN net (84.87 PLN gross) each, 3–5 cost 59 PLN net each, 6–10 cost 49 PLN net each, and seats 11 onwards cost 39 PLN net each. For example, 5 seats cost 315 PLN net per month. VAT of 23% is added to net prices.

Clubs receive a trial of one calendar month. Changes to the number of active trainers affect the next bill, without prorated charges or refunds for the current period. Subscriptions renew automatically; cancellation in the billing portal takes effect at the end of the paid period. If less than 48 hours and 5 minutes remain in the trial, activating a paid subscription requires agreement to an immediate charge.

The club defines its group-class offer: the kinds of classes, their times, the assigned trainer, the capacity, the waiting-list size, when booking opens and closes, and how long before the class a cancellation is free of charge. FitSlot provides the tool for running that timetable and its bookings; the party to the training service is the club, not FitSlot.

Club members book classes in the mobile app within the limits set by the club, including the maximum number of simultaneous bookings. The club may free up an occupied spot or cancel an entire class. The member whose booking the club cancelled is notified. When a spot becomes available, the first eligible person on the waitlist takes it and is notified. When a class is cancelled, we notify booked participants and people on the waitlist; nobody is moved from the waitlist into that class. Classes do not deduct sessions from a personal trainer package and are not billed in the app.

These terms may be updated. Users will be informed of material changes with reasonable prior notice.

For matters not regulated by these terms, applicable law provisions shall apply.
