Terms of Service

FitSlot provides tools for session scheduling, client management, notes, and training-related notifications.

The service is provided as a subscription according to the current pricing offer shown on the website.

Users must provide accurate registration data and protect account access credentials.

Sharing accounts with unauthorized persons or actions that compromise system security are prohibited.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure service continuity and security, including planned maintenance windows.

Users are responsible for data and content entered into the system and for lawful processing where applicable.

Users must not publish content that is unlawful, offensive, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexual, misleading, invasive of privacy or third-party rights, spam, or intended to facilitate abuse.

A user can report a message and block the other party through features available in the app. FitSlot may review a report, restrict or remove content, and suspend an account that violates these rules. Additional reports can be sent to support@fitslot.io.

A new trainer account receives an automatic one-month trial without a payment card. After the trial, continued access requires an active Stripe subscription at 79 PLN net (97.17 PLN gross incl. 23% VAT) per month.

The subscription can be activated and managed from the billing page. If there is no active payment after the trial period, access to the trainer dashboard may be limited.

A club account is billed per active trainer seat at PLN 69 net (PLN 84.87 gross incl. 23% VAT) per seat per month. A new club receives a trial period with no payment card, and VAT invoices are issued with the club's tax ID and submitted to KSeF.

The number of billed seats matches the number of active trainers in the club, and seat changes are settled under Stripe subscription rules. A trainer whose seat is covered by a club does not need a separate individual subscription.

The club defines its group-class offer: the kinds of classes, their times, the assigned trainer, the capacity, the waiting-list size, when booking opens and closes, and how long before the class a cancellation is free of charge. FitSlot provides the tool for running that timetable and its bookings; the party to the training service is the club, not FitSlot.

A club member books a class in the mobile app within the limits the club has set, including the limit on simultaneous bookings. The club may release a taken spot or cancel a class — in both cases we notify everyone booked, and the first person on the waiting list takes the freed spot. Classes do not consume a personal trainer's package and are not charged through the app.

These terms may be updated. Users will be informed of material changes with reasonable prior notice.

For matters not regulated by these terms, applicable law provisions shall apply.
