This policy explains how FitSlot processes trainer and client data when using the web and mobile applications.
1. Data controller
FitSlot is the data controller. For any privacy-related matter, you can contact us via the email address provided in the contact section.
The controller is responsible for lawful, fair, and transparent processing of personal data.
2. Scope of processed data
We process data necessary to create a trainer account, schedule sessions, manage clients, and send notifications, including name, email, phone number, and session data.
For trainer clients, the scope depends on the information entered by the trainer and app settings.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to provide the service, maintain security, handle support requests, and fulfill legal obligations.
Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interest, and user consent where required.
4. Data subject rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer data, and object to processing.
You may also withdraw consent at any time and file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
5. Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. Use the account deletion option available in the app settings.
Upon account deletion, personal data is anonymized and the authentication account is permanently removed. Anonymized data may be retained for statistical and accounting purposes for the period required by law (up to 5 years).
6. Data export
In accordance with the right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR), you can download a copy of your data in JSON format at any time using the data export feature in settings.
The export includes your profile, session data, payment history, notes, and notifications associated with your account.
7. Data retention period
We retain personal data for the duration of service use and for the period necessary to fulfill legal obligations after termination (e.g., tax documentation - 5 years).
After the retention period, data is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
8. Contact and security
We apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to risk, including access control and encryption in transit.
