Team management
- Invite a trainer by email. They can join your club in a few clicks.
- See who is leading each session and when in the weekly schedule.
- Each trainer keeps their own account and private clients.
Trainer settlements
- Set a rate per completed session and FitSlot calculates each trainer's monthly settlement.
- Check amounts as they update, approve billing periods and mark payments as paid. You can also download settlements as CSV files.
- FitSlot calculates the amounts due, and the club pays the trainers. Each trainer can see their amounts in the settlements panel.
Club reports
- For each trainer, check completed, cancelled, upcoming and missed sessions.
- Number of active clients for each trainer in a selected month.
- Reports show aggregate numbers, without client names, contact details or health information.
Consultation bookings
- Add a booking form to your club's website. Clients can choose a time for a free consultation.
- Clients in your area can find your club in the FitSlot directory and book a consultation in the app.
- The consultation lands in the trainer's schedule; app bookings assign the trainer automatically.
Subscription and invoices
- The subscription starts at 138 PLN net per month and includes 2 trainer seats. Additional seats have lower rates.
- When a trainer joins or leaves, the seat count updates automatically. The change applies to the next billing period.
- Pay by card through Stripe. Receive one VAT invoice for the whole team with your club’s tax ID.

The first month is free for the whole club, with no card required. Then from 138 PLN net (169.74 PLN gross) per month for 2 trainer seats.
The first 2 seats cost 69 PLN net each per month. Additional seats use the lower rates in the table.
